Features of interest
Vertical section of 25+ ft. Long road cut downslope to the east that progresses from Prairie Grove to Cane Hill to Fayetteville Shale (small basal exposure on east end). Prairie Grove festoon crossbedding and karst fissures. Cane hill incised channel, fractures rimmed with liesegang rings, and gradation from black organic shale, to sandy shale to shaley sand.
